Devendra Banhart

Sat Jan 7, 2006, 1:37 PM
Devendra Banhart - nice nice nice! I picked up his latest LP the other day in a local record shop for a five quid. Best money I've spent for a while, definatly. He has captured (in his words) thoughts that I have had but to me have seemed meaningless and petty... And he's made them into quite beautiful songs. Makes one feel rather special - good art maybe? I can't recommend it (LPs called "Cripples Crow") highly enough. Superb!

I've done a couple of new paintings, but I can't seem to capture decent photos of them... And I'm not too sure of them either... Maybe I'll have a change of heart t'moraaah.

What an interesting gallery. I like to see painters on here there is so much photography (even though I have some too).

Ah, thanks for taking your time to see my gallery!

I reckon maybe that is because photography is more with the pace of the times, it's more quick nowadays, or maybe people just prefer phtos... I don't know really... But thanks again!
